An extremely competent oil depicting tugboats and a cargo vessel alongside a harbour wall. Location is unknown - possibly along the East coast perhaps. Very freely painted in an impressionist manner similar to artists such as Edward Seago working in the 1950`s or 60`s and definitely from that period. Unsigned but canvas and original frame are typical of the period. A fine painting of a good size which will look great in any situation. As the painting is unsigned I can only offer it at a nominal price - absolute bargain
